David has acted for a number of employee representatives in relation to collective redundancy consultation from different organisations post and pre sale and in relation to TUPE. Those representatives usually require advice (which they need in relation to the affected workforce which they represent) on whether the employer is following the correct process and whether any mistakes have been made.
