Advice to collective consultation representatives

David has acted for a number of employee representatives in relation to collective redundancy consultation from different organisations post and pre sale and in relation to TUPE.  Those representatives usually require advice (which they need in relation to the affected workforce which they represent) on whether the employer is following the correct process and whether any mistakes have been made.

David’s advice on possible areas of challenge help representatives in their negotiations with the employer for enhanced redundancy settlements.  If such settlements can be reached David advises affected employees on their settlement agreements.

If you are an elected employee representative and need advice on behalf of your representative colleagues (which you wish to share with the affected employees that you represent) please contact David on 020 3603 2177.
