Diversity/inclusion & other training

David is a big fan of risk management and reduction for employers.

Whilst training on diversity and inclusion is not yet compulsory in the UK (as is the case for example in New York) it remains a highly effective way to educate staff and reduce legal risk at the same time.

David has provided interactive face to face training on diversity to many hundreds of staff in organisations across a range of sectors.

Training can be delivered across organisations including to directors, trustees, HR and managers and all employees.  To be effective, take up should initially come from the Board who should be trained first thereby sending the right message to the rest of the organisation that such matters  are taken very seriously.
